How big can I go?
That all depends on the quality and resolution of the image you send us. As a rule photos of 3Mb or above can go to our biggest size but any pictures of <1Mb do not look good bigger than A4. Go to our Pricing page to find out more.

I have a specific space I want to put this canvas and your sizes aren't quite right. Do you do bespoke frames?
Yes we do. Send us and email (link) or give us a call on 01256 843151 to and we can talk to you about sizes and give you a costing.
All my photos are prints. I have the negatives though – can you print me a canvas from them?
I am afraid not. We can only print canvasses from digital files. See if you can get your picture scanned at your local camera shop.
Will you crop or change my image in any way before printing?
We will crop your image to suit the frame size you have selected
My photo is a bit blurry, can you sort it out before you print it?
We can enhance shots, making them lighter and darker and sharpening them to some extent but the end quality will, of course, depend on the quality of the image you sent. An out of focus shot will always be out of focus.
What does 'gallery wrapped' mean?
This is the term we use to describe the way the photo bends round the frame. It means there is no white space round the border which looks great, but it has implications for how you crop your picture. Go to Your Photos to find out more.
How do I hang my canvas on the wall?
You will only need a standard picture hook/nail.
Can I email you my picture?
We prefer you to use the upload system on the site. Simply go to Your Photos and follow the prompts to get your photo to us.
If you have special requirements, please Contact Us and we can give you details of our FTP server. What about copyright of my image?
We are licensed to print the images in the Gallery section, but you retain copyright on any images you upload for us to print. Please ensure you do not infringe anyone else's copyright with Your Photos.
How soon can you send me my canvas?
We will print and stretch your canvas within 10 working days, and delivery is 3 to 5 working days on top of that.
